MENU

ENTREE

  • Chilled seafood platter – Harvey Bay king prawns, coffin bay oysters, Moreton Bay bug and beetroot cured salmon Served with Salsa Verdi & lemon Aioli
  • House smoked vegetable stack – Field mushroom & Roma tomatoes smoked in house with char grilled sweet potato & zucchini with an eggplant sauce
  • Beef carpaccio – Beef fillet seared on the char grill, chilled & thinly sliced with a pickled fennel, red onion & orange segment salad

MAINS

  • Individual stuffed roast Turkey – Fresh Turkey wrapped around a sage and chestnut stuffing with Cranberry Jus SERVED with caramelised baby carrots, broccolini and oven roast potatoes
  • Vegetarian tart – Open baked tart with pumpkin, red capsicum & caramelised onions topped with rocket, char grilled asparagus & Persian fetta
  • Oven roasted salmon – Fresh salmon fillet roasted in the oven with char grilled asparagus, preserved lemon snow pea TENDRIL salad with a sea urchin roe butter sauce

DESSERT

  • Traditional Christmas pudding – with brandy custard and fresh berry’s, or
  • Trio of sorbet with fresh berries
  • PLUS A PLATTER of MINCE PIES & CHERRIES for EACH TABLE

KIDS MENU – up to 12 years

  • Chicken wings with Asian plum sauce
  • Calamari tossed with Lemon pepper & served with Aioli

  • Grilled Beef fillet with fresh seasonal vegetables & chips
  • Fish and chips with a fresh crisp side salad & tartare sauce
  • Grilled chicken breast marinated in thyme and lemon with fresh seasonal vegetables and chips

DESSERT

  • Christmas pudding and ice cream
