The Dock and Immersive Events are hosting an Art Degustation.

Some amazing artists have put forward their beautiful works that have inspired our Chef’s six course menu which is paired with wines, beer, cocktails and even a shot.

Our MC will guide you through the art and the menu and all the surprises we have throughout the evening.

Amuse bouche:
avocado ice cream cones with yarra valley caviar
Lightly Cured Hiramasa Kingfish
sea herbs, finger lime and lemon myrtle dressing
Confit Mooloolaba Sword fish
blood orange, baby turnip, asparagus and lobster foam
Palate Cleanse:
cucumber and fennel soda
Carpaccio of Kangaroo
beetroot sorbet and raspberry
Seared Loin of Lamb
purple carrot, broad bean and rhubarb dressing
white chocolate cremeux, passionfruit ice cream, ruby chocolate soil and baked dark chocolate and almond
